Our Foster Child

Idrissa is from Tchambanga, Niger. He lives with his grandmother who works as a housekeeper. Idrissa attends primary school which is less than 30 minutes away.
Through Plan Canada, 8 health centres have been built and equipped. A nutritional rehabilitation centre has been built to take care of malnourished children. Immunization vaccines including tetnus and yellow fever were provided to 13,400 children and woman as well as vitamin supplements. Plan has financed 13 boreholers equipped with hand pumps inorder to promote hygiene and sanitation.
